JoCo Back To School Youth Explosion

The 12th Annual Back to School Youth Explosion takes place on Sunday, August 9, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Clayton High School in Clayton, NC. This completely free community event features a wide variety of services and giveaways, including: 

• Haircuts: Complimentary hair cuts and braiding services to prep for the new year.
• School Supplies: Free backpacks filled with classroom essentials.
• Food & Fun: Free food and various games.
• Resources: Access to over 50 local community organizations and support networks. 

It’s an excellent opportunity for families to get the kids ready for the classroom and connect with the community.
