YOGA

Yoga at Mystical Mysti Candles is equal parts smart movement and soul reset. Each class is intelligently sequenced - we'll build from grounding breathwork into purposeful mobility, strength, and flow so your body feels open, supported, and aligned. You’ll leave feeling balanced, connected, and clear in your body, your mind, and your spirit. We close the practice with a mini sound bath or guided meditation so your nervous system can fully absorb the practice and you can float back into your week. This class is great if you're new to yoga or if you're an experienced yogi looking for a mindful and intentional practice. All are welcome!The last Thursday evening class of each month will be a guided meditation practice led by Patty Adams, RYT-200.
